Occasionally, you may encounter an error when trying to run a report.
Check that the website or email being entered is correct first. This could also be due to an issue with the website format that you entered to scan, the website not being discoverable, or an internal loading/timeout issue with the scan.
If you encounter any errors when trying to run a report, please reach out to the Customer Support team by sending an email to contact@upfort.com with the name of the Insured's organization, and the domain that you are trying to scan. We'll be able to investigate the issue from there and provide you with an up-to-date report that you can share with your client.
