This article will guide you through running a report for your client.
- Log in to your Broker portal by following this link: https://quote.upfort.com/cyber-risk
- Once logged in, you'll be able to see all of the reports that have been run on your portal.
- You can run a new report by clicking on the "New Report" button at the top right of the screen. This will open up a pop-up to enter the Insured's details.
- Fill in the required fields with the Insured's details, as in the screenshot above.
- Once you have clicked "Run Scan", you will be taken back to the main screen, where you can find your newly run report. The report will take a few minutes to generate.
- You can then choose the action you would like to take with that report from the following options:
- Copy Link: This will copy a link to the interactive report that can be sent out to third parties.
- View: This will take you through to the interactive report.
- Download: This will download a non-interactive PDF copy of the report. The Hosting Security section in the PDF report is limited to 10 visible vulnerabilities. Anymore than that should be viewed on the online, interactive report.
- Refresh: This will run a new scan. This is meant to be used to check your client's progress in remediating their existing vulnerabilities.
